Two Types Of Uncomfortable

Most people stay living in the ordinary because it is comfortable. Being extraordinary  requires us to be willing to be uncomfortable. So often we make the choice to avoid the uncomfortable, to avoid stretching ourselves  outside of who we have ever been. What I would love to share is there are two types of uncomfortable. The first kind is under resourced uncomfortable. Our subconscious mind  creates the under resource uncomfortable  to keep us safe.

Then there is the second kind of uncomfortable resourced uncomfortable. This kind of uncomfortable reminds me of the oak seed. For the oak seed to become a majestic tree, it must be split wide open for it to take root and grow. It must surrender to the transformation process and allow itself to be broken wide open .

We are no different when we don’t surrender to the transformation process.  The under resourced uncomfortable  comes from holding onto the old, so tight that we block the transformation. The resourced uncomfortable  comes from understanding the transformation process and knowing that you are resourced,  that you were actually born for this transformation and have everything you need to become who you were born to be.
