Our One-On-One Coaching is an online program which includes one-on-one sessions with a dedicated master coach, you can even become a certified coach and coach others.

  • On the 2nd week of each month, we host a live 60-minute Q&A Session. This is where you can ask questions about the month’s topic. You can also submit questions before the class, in case you can’t attend live.
  • You have unlimited access to your dedicated Master Coach through our online portal. Our master coaches are committed to helping you learn how to coach yourself in elevating your mindset. 
  • You’ll also receive a monthly behind-the-scene video. This is where you can catch a glimpse of what inspired the topic for the month, and how Lou is personally practicing the ideas and tools she shares in her own life.
